These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FINSTA billing app, website, and related services provided by TONFR ("TONFR", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, registering for, downloading, or using FINSTA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
FINSTA is a billing and business management application powered by TONFR. It may include features such as billing, GST invoice generation, stock and inventory management, barcode printing, customer and supplier management, business reports, credit tracking, multi-user access, subscription plans, and related tools.
We may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify features at any time to improve the service, comply with legal requirements, or maintain security and performance.
You may use FINSTA only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using FINSTA on behalf of a business, firm, shop, company, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your mobile number, email address, business details, GST information, and other registration details where applicable.

TONFR does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any output generated by FINSTA, including invoices, GST values, calculations, or reports, should be reviewed by you before use.
FINSTA may provide features intended to help with billing, invoice creation, and tax-related calculations. These features are provided for convenience only. You remain fully responsible for verifying GST rates, tax amounts, invoice formats, registration details, compliance obligations, and statutory filings before relying on any generated document or report.
TONFR is not liable for losses, penalties, notices, or compliance issues arising from incorrect entries, outdated tax rates, configuration errors, user mistakes, or misuse of the service.
FINSTA may offer free and paid plans. The free plan may include basic features, while paid plans may unlock premium tools, reports, ad-free invoices, multi-user access, and other advanced functionality.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that:
Payments for paid plans may be processed through approved third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.
TONFR does not store your full card details, card PIN, UPI PIN, net banking password, or other highly sensitive payment credentials. Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the respective payment partner.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, delay, or cancel activation of paid features in case of failed transactions, suspected fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, technical issues, or violations of these Terms.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by our published Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law, subscription fees may be non-refundable once premium access has been activated.
You may stop using the service at any time. However, stopping use of the service does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless explicitly provided in our Refund Policy.
Some plans may allow multiple users under one business account. The account owner or admin is responsible for managing access rights, permissions, and activity of invited users. TONFR is not responsible for internal misuse by employees, staff, partners, or other authorized users added to your account.
We aim to keep FINSTA available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Access may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, third-party outages, software bugs, hardware failure, force majeure events, security incidents, or other factors beyond our control.
We may suspend or restrict access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, testing, legal reasons, or security protection.
While we may use reasonable measures to store and protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business information wherever necessary. TONFR is not liable for loss of data, corruption of records, business interruption, or inability to recover information caused by user actions, device issues, third-party failures, cyber incidents, or unforeseen technical events.
FINSTA, TONFR, and all related content, software, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, workflows, and technology are owned by or licensed to TONFR and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
FINSTA may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers, hosting platforms, communication tools, printer support, barcode systems, or messaging services. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, content, security, or legal compliance.
Your use of such third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
By using FINSTA, you agree that we may send you service-related communications, including account notifications, login alerts, subscription reminders, payment confirmations, technical notices, support responses, and policy updates through the app, website, SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notification, or other available channels.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FINSTA at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that:
Upon termination, your right to use the service will stop immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply even after termination, including provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
FINSTA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TONFR disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, fully secure, always available, or suitable for every business need or legal requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TONFR and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use FINSTA.
In no event shall the total liability of TONFR for any claim arising out of or relating to the service exceed the amount actually paid by you to TONFR for the relevant paid plan during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TONFR and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
